This application was developed by ourjouwan.com in collaboration with the Municipality of Baalbek.

This application facilitates the communication between the municipality and Baalbek residents or anyone interested, through receiving notifications and sending complaints and suggestions, which contributes to the development and improvement of municipal work.

It also provides information about the municipality like news, activities, festivals and detailed categorized guide in order to improve the tourism.

Main features of this application
•Facilitates the communication between the municipality and the citizens within the homeland and in the diaspora.
•The App is free of charge for all users.
•Ability to communicate with all citizens specially the new generation ones
•Ability to carry out statistics for the people and residents of the city / town.
•Ability to send messages in any languages: Arabic, English or French using as many characters as needed. .
•Ability to notify citizens of the latest news, or decisions taken by the municipality.
•Ability given to the citizen to reply, comment, suggests, complaints or send feedback to the municipality.
•Ability to create a schedule for events and activities (calendar) and inform the citizens of these activities (lecture - Concert - Festival - Book signature - vaccination campaign - medical tests - ...)
•Ability to invite users to meetings, sessions or any event. Giving facility to identify attendees.
